We are looking for an outstanding individual (top 2%) willing to lead the engineering operations at our company.
Tasks
At liqi we tend to see things holistically... Therefore in the following, you won't find words like "deploy", "debug", "maintain" and so on .
Basically, we would love you to contribute to every aspect of the company, with a particular focus on the:
- Definition of the business needs together with the other company members.
- Design of a tech strategy to meet the above-mentioned objectives.
- Execution (and supervision) of the tech strategy. Depending on circumstances, this might include coding, deploying and debugging, but also recruiting, managing external projects, scouting best solutions, studying competition and much, much more!
Requirements
What you should bring along:
- at least 3 years of professional experience as a Junior Dev, in Investment Banking, Tier 1 Consulting or high growth Startups.
- a great understanding of Data & Cloud technologies.
- Outstanding analytical skills, demonstrated ability to break down complex problems, ability to frame the right questions, objectively analyze and evaluate a problem or issue, and problem-solve including simulating possible outcomes.
- Growth ownership, show us how your past experiences tie in our early challenges
- Thirst for growth, you are on the verge from tactician to strategist and want to grow at the same speed the company grows
- Ability to execute, you can get things done fast and influence people towards a particular objective.
- Native Italian and Fluent in English!
