- Assist in the management of the Social Protection programme in Jordan focusing on facilitating the team to timely reach the goals of the programme.
- Help in the planning of the project and of activities including outreach, assessment, selection and registration of beneficiaries, cash transfers and need forecasts and other activities pertaining to case management and the project (for example organising awareness sessions).
- Coordinate and manage a team of Case Managers and officers and oversee their work technically and operationally, for example plan and facilitate weekly reviews and reporting.
