Job Description

- Lead three regional teams of RMNCH/FP QI experts that will provide technical assistance at the point of care;
- Provide expert technical leadership to improve the quality of essential RMNCH services;
- Support HSQA strategic planning and innovative program design to improve the quality of RMNCH services including FP;
- Provide technical leadership in identifying innovative capacity building interventions and in supporting their implementation at all levels with stakeholders;
- Ensure capacity building approaches meet the priority needs and are grounded in global current evidence; and
- Perform all the other service delivery advisory tasks required of the project
