Job Description
Responsibilities
• Facilitating scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensuring the development team is fully engaged and following scrum methodologies.
• Removing impediments and obstacles that may interfere with the development team's progress.
• Coaching and training team members on scrum methodologies and agile development practices.
• Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Tracking and communicating team progress, velocity, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.
• Promoting a culture of continuous process improvement within the development team.
