Job Title: Senior Sales/Sales Executive 3PL Warehousing
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our sales team as a Senior Sales/Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in Bangalore focusing on selling our 3PL warehousing solutions and logistics services. This role requires a proactive approach towards generating new business opportunities and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives for 3PL warehousing solutions and logistics services in the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting qualifying leads and establishing relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs industry trends and competitor activities and tailor sales presentations accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients addressing their specific warehousing and logistics requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals quotations and contracts to prospective clients negotiating terms and conditions to secure profitable business deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance market insights and competitor activities to the Executive Director or Regional Sales Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate in any stream; MBA in Sales and Marketing preferred.
- Proven track record of 15 years in sales with a focus on selling 3PL warehousing solutions and logistics services specifically generating new business in the allocated geography.
- Strong understanding of the warehousing and logistics industry including knowledge of industry trends best practices and technologies.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and English both written and verbal.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
