Responsibilities:
• Perform complex analysis to identify business different growth approaches.
• Identify and define sales performance metrics and KPI’s.
• Communicating KPI’s and bounce scheme findings to the finance department.
• Collect data and Build reports and dashboards to improve the way we visualize data.
• Assist the sales/commercial team to achieve business goals.
• Determine sales potentials/gaps and give recommendations to develop and overcome.
• Contribute to applying sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence in the industry.
• Set daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals in cooperation with sales department, and ensure transfer of these goals to each sales rep.
• Provide essential training for the sales department, ensure that sales reps have the needed product knowledge and set of skills.
