    Role responsibilities:
  • Business Partner to our EMEA Strategic/Enterprise Leadership Team, supporting them with key initiatives that drive business growth, along with their day-to-day operating rhythm
  • Orchestrate and design our go-to-market strategy during our annual planning cycle, which includes headcount planning, territory assignments, quota setting etc.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Growth, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) on implementing initiatives that drive revenue
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation for process, procedure, systems infrastructure, project planning, and user enablement
  • Manage Jira ticket requests with responses and solutions that meet SLAs set out by the business

  • Role Requirements:
  • Strong professional experience ideally with transferable skills from consulting, sales strategy or sales operations
  • Understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Google Office suites
  • Strong critical thinking skills with experience working in an agile environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with various stakeholders across the globe and influence rapid business outcomes
