Senior Resettlement Assistant

- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in refugee protection / resettlement - Proven experience in delivering counselling to vulnerable POCs, including managing expectations, de-escalation techniques, and providing relevant information.

- Strong organizational skills, including managing competing priorities, ensuring adequate and timely follow-up on counselling, and properly recording counselling in UNHCR’s database.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams, including flexibility and willingness to provide support and coverage in other areas of durable solutions, including returns and complementary pathways, as required.

- Experience in supporting logistical arrangements for refugee travel, including coordination with external and government partners, arranging transportation and other formalities.
