Job Description

- Provides support to projects’ staff in the development, and implementation of projects, and provide support to information and data collection, archiving and documentation on specific project.
- Systematically screens and cross-checks internal and external reports, and communication material for accuracy and consistency.
- Edit reports before submitting them to the Donor and other stakeholders/entities.
- Assists the program coordinators and manager in regular follow up with projects’ plans, updates and progress cumulative reports.
- Follow-up with programme staff to submit all needed reports on time and with high quality.
- Provide the required documentation to other department’s specially MEAL department, and ensure the full documentation for all the projects per IRJ standards.
