- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking industry
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services
- Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to assess creditworthiness and structure financing solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Sound understanding of local banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
- Excellent presentation skills
