Senior Recruiter - Remote USCanada

• Conduct endtoend recruitment processes for Registered Nurses LPNs CNAs Physicians and other healthcare/hospital positions in the United States.
• Utilize various sourcing and headhunting techniques with a focus on Xray sourcing and headhunting to identify and engage toptier healthcare candidates.
• Maintain and continuously expand a robust healthcare candidate database particularly focused on USbased candidates.
• Source candidates with less dependency on job boards and traditional sourcing methods.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with the USbased hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulations related to healthcare staffing in the United States.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment with a strong emphasis on Registered Nurse placements in the United States.
• Proficiency in Xray sourcing and other advanced sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
• A deep understanding of the US healthcare industry and healthcare roles.
• Strong candidate database management skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining candidate pipelines.
• Experience in headhunting and direct sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulations in the United States is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
• A bachelors degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
