Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the companys staffing needs
including both immediate hires and longterm talent planning.
Manage all aspects of the recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing
selection and onboarding.
Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to define job requirements develop job descriptions
and determine selection criteria.
Implement innovative sourcing techniques and leverage various recruitment tools and platforms to attract a
diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Oversee the candidate experience ensuring a positive and engaging process from initial contact through to
hire.
Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice.
Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make
datadriven improvements.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners as needed.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
Provide training and guidance to the recruitment team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and
professional development.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Manager Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role with a strong focus on
endtoend recruitment.
Indepth knowledge of fullcycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
Familiarity with social media resume databases and professional networks for sourcing candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and
stakeholders at all levels.
Strong decisionmaking skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. Additional HR certifications
(e.g. SHRM CIPD) are a plus.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment software.
