Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Develop of new products and processes of extruders, support the manufacturing and delivery of new products
- Ensure that all designs comply with national and international codes, standards, and regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or computer analysis reports.
- Instruct the application of new products on the customer's site.
- Provide guide to solve technical problems of extruder line on site.
- Collect and share new products, new technologies, and new technological development trends of extruder overseas.
- Participate industry expos, seminars and key projects negotiations and provide technical support to sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master of Science in mechanical design or relevant majors or over 15years experience in mechanical design.
- Proficient in extruder R&D, and 10+ years of experience in extruder development.
- Capability in 3D and 2D drawing making, good skills in 3D drawing software (Solidwork, Soliedge are preferred, but not limited to the two), CAD and Microsoft office.
- Deep understanding of metallurgy and heat treatment.
- Knowledge of fluid power system (hydraulic and pneumatic) and steam system, and capability in designing steam and water systems for extruders.
- Strong sense of responsibility; English as working language
- Recognize different cultures, experience in cross-cultural communication is preferable.
