•Be able to evaluate the performance of team members and follow up on the day to day tasks.
•Follow up and allocate tasks appropriately to the team members.
•Guide the team members on technical testing requirements and needs.
•Communication and reporting to the PMs and Development team on a daily basis.
•Lead, inovate, and grow the software quality, assurance team.
•Create, eview, and analyze product requirement documents and functional specifications to understand the requirements of the applications.
•Define and implement testing strategies, test cases, and scenarios.
•Create and execute test cases and verify bugs fixed.
•Perform debugging utilizing various debugging tools.
•Develop and create automated testing for established test cases.
•Design automation scripts to validate functionality.
•Debug software/server issues.Test cycles of mobile and desktop-based software for quality assurance.
•Perform usability testing including surveying creation for mobile and desktop software.
•Find and file defects; verify fixed deficiencies.
