Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

• Work within a Scrum Squad consisting of 5 developers and 1 automation QA to ensure the quality of software products.
• Follow and maintain established QA best practices within the squad.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Squad to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design and review test scenarios and develop C# integration tests React tests in Playwright and UI functional tests in C# with Selenium.
• Quickly identify highlevel test strategies and problems.
• Monitor and report on quality trends such as bug churn and track the effects of shift left practices.
• Analyze automation test run results.
• Adhere to existing coding standards and practices.
• Participate actively in a culture of code reviewing and collaboration.
• Attend squad meetings including daily standups retrospectives planning sessions refinements and technical discussions.
• Participate in presentations and code workshops.

• 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role.
• Handson experience with C# .NET/.NET Core for at least 3 years.
• Proficiency in API testing using C#.
• Experience in API integration testing supporting regular production releases.
• Exposure to TypeScript.
• Functional UI test experience with Selenium.
• Excellent testing fundamentals including test design defect management and attention to detail.
• Understanding of objectoriented programming (OOP) and S.O.L.I.D principles.
• Experience with Scrum and development in an Agile environment.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes that support automated testing.

• Exposure to Jest Playwright and React.
• Previous experience working on an existing production SaaS platform.
• Familiarity with Azure.
• Exposure to Microfrontends and Microservices.
• Experience with AI tools and their application in software development.
