Responsibilities:
• Researching potential vendors .
• Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers .
• Negotiating with vendors to obtain the best deals on materials and services.
• Negotiate contracts terms and agreements and pricing
• Ensure timely delivery.
• Review quality of purchased products
• Record all order details on the internal database.
• Update records of purchases, delivery information and invoices.
• Prepare reports including cost analysis.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Ensure proper storage.
