Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning execution and closure of complex projects ensuring adherence to project scope schedule budget and quality standards.

  2. Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders including clients vendors and internal teams to ensure alignment manage expectations and facilitate communication.

  3. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams including project managers coordinators and other team members to ensure effective collaboration motivation and performance.

  4. Risk Management: Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues proactively addressing challenges and obstacles to minimize impact on project delivery.

  5. Resource Allocation: Manage project resources including personnel equipment and materials to ensure optimal allocation and utilization in support of project objectives.

  6. Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance activities ensuring that project deliverables meet established quality standards and client requirements.

  7. Budget and Financial Management: Manage project budgets track expenses and monitor financial performance against project forecasts identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  8. Change Management: Facilitate change management processes including assessing change requests evaluating impacts and implementing changes in accordance with project governance procedures.

  9. Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular project status reports presentations and updates for stakeholders and executive leadership highlighting key milestones risks and issues.

  10. Lessons Learned and Continuous Improvement: Facilitate lessons learned sessions at project closure capturing insights and best practices to inform future projects and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 57 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects in a fastpaced environment.

  2. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams foster collaboration and drive results in a matrixed organization.

  3. Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset with the ability to align project objectives with organizational goals anticipate future needs and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

  4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and information to diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  5. ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify root causes develop creative solutions and make datadriven decisions to address project challenges.

  6. Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities resolve conflicts and reach consensus among stakeholders.

  7. Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying assessing and mitigating project risks and issues with a proactive approach to risk management and contingency planning.

  8. Budget Management: Experience managing project budgets tracking expenses and monitoring financial performance to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.

  9. Change Management: Familiarity with change management principles and practices including assessing change impacts managing stakeholder expectations and implementing changes effectively.

  10. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
