Job Title: Project Manager (Hybrid)

Job Description:

This position provides oversight leadership accountability and project management functions for multiple small or medium sized projects at the same time or for a single large project. These projects are numerous and require dedicated project managers who communicate at the Team or Project Sponsor level. Small sized projects typically have durations less than 6 months with 10 or less team members impact smaller business units within an Agency and have a low risk. Medium sized projects typically have durations less than 6 months with 10 or more team members impact large business units within an Agency and have a medium or low risk. Large sized projects typically have durations longer than 6 months with 20 or more team members require communication at the Agency Leadership level and have a medium to high risk.

RFI/RFP Process Management:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze information to be included in RFIs and RFPs.
• Assist in the development and refinement of RFI/RFP templates and guidelines to streamline the submission process.
• Coordinate and track all RFI/RFP submissions ensuring they are complete accurate and submitted within the designated timelines.
• Maintain a comprehensive and organized record of all RFI/RFP activities including candidate interactions submissions and evaluation results.
