Senior Project Manager

As a digital transformation change consultant, you will utilize your expertise in Change Management to address the technology, operation, and human aspects affecting an organization's ability to reach its strategic objectives through digital transformation.
The consultant will be act as a change agent both internally and with clients to help embed a culture of change using industry-standard technology tools and practices that can effect a smooth transition towards digital transformation.
Analyze a company's operation and technology infrastructure to identify gaps in current internal and customer-oriented processes
Conduct change impact analyses and assesses change readiness
Monitor and optimize the process of managing changes
Collaborate with multiple departments to synergize efforts towards achieving organizational objectives
Analyze existing service, operation and technology infrastructure and suggest digital transformation practices and technologies that will eliminate redundancies and increase efficiency and productivity
Provide clients with digital transformation consulting services in various industries
Apply a change management process to support employee acceptance and adoption
Build support and engagement from different parts of the organization
