Job Description
Sidekick Network permanently staffs projects in an international environment with a minimum duration of 6 months. The projects are usually conducted on-site in the DACH region.
We are looking for Project Managers (freelance/contracting) with experience in AI technologies. Perfect candidates are fluent in English, and ideally based in Germany or Switzerland.
Tasks
The tasks for this position depend on the client's project and demands.
Requirements
- Higher education in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Min 7 years experience as a project/program manager in groupwide complex IT programs within an international environment.
- Project/Program Management experience in MS AZURE, Google, AWS, SAC platforms implementing analytics roadmap using future AI technologies.
- 3+ years of experience leading AI, Machine learning teams for POC/project delivery.
- Min 3+ years of experience interacting with data engineering, data science and visualization experts.
- Experience in working with agile, waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
- Proven project experience from design, build and test to cutover and hyper care phase incl. a technical understanding.
- Excellent at communicating and coordinating with people at all levels in the organization.
- Strong mentoring, coaching and presentation skills.
- Proven capability in negotiation, conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Excellent skills in English spoken and written.
