Senior Project Manager Education Professionals & Diversity 80100%

Tasks
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the implementation and development of our strategy in the field of Education Professionals & Diversity.
- Cultivating and developing partnerships and networks for project implementation.
- Ensuring smooth project execution including meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) maintaining quality standards and assessing impact.
- Managing a small and dynamic team fostering impact through crossorganisational collaboration and synergies.
- Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders including the Expert Committee for the relevant topic.
- Organising workshops in collaboration with partner organisations and stakeholders.
- Working closely with the Communications and Marketing team to develop online and offline campaigns and diverse media content to promote education and diversity related topics.
- Managing the operational implementation of national projects and campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements
You would be an ideal candidate for this position if you possess:
- A minimum of 35 years of relevant work experience in managing multistakeholder projects with a demonstrated track record of network and community building.
- Knowledge and a keen interest in the field of education professionals and diversity.
- Strong project management skills including proficiency in task and team management quality management and impact assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various levels and organisations (e.g. private sector NGOs public administrations).
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to thrive in a small team within a dynamic and agile environment.
- A proactive approach and willingness to experiment with new ideas with the flexibility to adapt strategies if needed.
- Proficiency in both German and English (minimum requirement) while proficient French skills would be advantageous.
