Job Description

- Produces statistical, analytical and narrative reports, including reports on reporting requirements, project expiry dates as well as any other reports;
- Ensures timely distribution of all memos related to the project to all concerned staff, and follows-up on actions required;
- Responsible for action plan and project’s budget; ensures that budget expenditure falls within project financial resources; develops and manages appropriate accounting system for the project in coordination with relevant Finance staff;
- Develops and maintains productive working relationships with project stakeholders and team members to ensure the smooth implementation, cooperation and support of the project; carries out regular visits to monitor the project staff and project activities;
