- Analyze project expenses and provide commentary.
- .
Review and approve overhead charges to be applied to a project.
- Create and submit government reports and tax returns related to projects & Compile information for external auditors, as required.
- Oversee project records and contracts to ensure terms are adhered to.
- Businesses partner with non-finance managers to develop processes and an understanding of financial requirements.
- Report on project profitability to senior management and close project accounts upon project completion.
- Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders.
- Authorize access to project accounts & Maintain all relevant income and expenditure for each project.
