- Up to$600 per day plus Super
- 6 months contract
Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Senior Programs Officer to join their ;
The Senior Program Officer to manage some of key procurement and compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Scope procurement requests with the business and guide teams towards the correct processes and templates to
- Support drafting of procurement specifications, plans, evaluations, and briefing notes
- Collaborate with Corporate Procurement teams to design the most effective sourcing strategies for People and Culture
- Plan and monitor the annual P&C procurement schedule
- Manage vendor relationships, to ensure that P&C obtains quality of service and value for money
- Collaborate with Executive Officer to monitor and maintain the People and Culture Risk, Audit and Compliance registers
Selection Criteria:
- Values driven and delivery focused
- An excellent communicator and collaborator
- Skilled at writing specifications and measuring success
- Not afraid to speak up and work across teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Ideally experienced at using Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Microsoft Team
