- A master's degree in business administration & management, or any other related field
- At least 5 years of experience in business advisory, finance, and investment or management consulting projects
- At least 5 years of experience in working within sustainability or with business growth either as a consultant or as part of a larger corporate entity.
- A good knowledge of the green business environment and processes in Jordan.
- A good understanding of the Jordanian entrepreneurial ecosystem
- Previous similar experience and working with SMEs is required
- Excellent written and communication skills in English & Arabic
- Excellent written- and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical mindset
