Job Description

- Receive the production plan monthly from the planning department and set relevant production workflow
- Receive the shop drawing and communicate / lead manufacturing processes with supervisors
- Receives the weakly machine loading plan and the approved designs and sketches to start the production process
- Request materials from inventory according to job order specs
- Assure the implementation of the production according to the process of the workflow
- Follow up achievement of quality standards and resolve any observations from quality team
- Prepare a daily production report to be approved by the production manager to be sent to the production planning department
- Troubleshoot any production issues and resolve with concerned team
- Align with projects, planning and quality team the progress of production plans
- Provide technical assistance to production supervisors and technicians as and when required.
- Check the machines checklist to assure that the working conditions are safe.
- Ensure that staff are compliant with safety regulations
- Maintain efficient production logs in compliance with applied management system
