Senior Product Designer

Job Description

• Generate ideas through ideation techniques to solve the users’ needs in a way that provides value to the company
• Design flows and experiences that are usable, simple, and elegant.
• Select the most promising idea(s) based on their feasibility, desirability, and viability.
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product team
• Provide and solicit critique from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality
• Contribute with other stakeholders to develop the product roadmap

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years' experience within the field of user experience
• Portfolio or work samples showcasing UX thinking, creativity, and depth of thought coupled with fluency in best practices for UX Design
• Experience designing across multiple platforms.
• Experience leading product direction and strategic thinking while developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and making the right decisions.
