(Senior) Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

About the Job

We re looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its Marketing strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you ll focus on optimising paid campaigns on social media and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

Join our portfolio company: A Direct-to-consumer (D2C) subsidiary of a major German consumer healthcare company. The leading e-commerce brand operates a user-friendly online shop offering a range of nutritional and health supplement products.

In this role you'll:

• Monitor and manage the advertising accounts and track KPIs
• Develop paid campaigns on the advertising platforms Facebook/IG and Google
• Optimise concepts and present advertising creatives
• Create competitor analyses and drive strategic recommendations for action

Your Profile

• Previous professional experience in paid advertising and media buying (especially Facebook, Instagram)
• Profound knowledge in the field of copywriting
• Experience in monthly ad budgeting
• High key figure orientation paired with good analysis skills
• Strong technical knowledge and numerical acumen
• Native level of German and fluency in English

Please note that we are looking for support in the Hamburg office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
