You will work with

• Full cycle of the talent management process - adaptation, performance review, probation period control, termination of agreements
  

• Implement and support new initiatives related to HRM - leadership educational programs, HR analytics, HR processes automatization
  

• Conducting 1-1 with contractors, tracking engagement and happiness rates
  

• Participate in growing corporate culture
  

• Collaborate with event manager in organizing corporate events and activities
  

• Manage benefits package
  

Our team is on the lookout for someone who has

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in People Partner or HR roles
  

• Upper-Intermediate English level
  

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  

• Positive and open-minded style of communication
  

• High level of EQ and strong interpersonal skills
  

Will be a plus

• Experience in the IT industry would be a plus
  

• Experience working in multinational outsource company
