Senior Payroll Officer

Administer the monthly payroll generation and ensure that all transactions (including attendance, advance, additions, deductions and other) are entered and updated on the system.
Respond to employees' queries in Payroll related issues, provide the necessary support, and escalate unresolved issues to the hierarchy.
Prepare the monthly payments files associated with payroll and ensure it is executed in a timely manner.
Ensure high level of customer service is delivered and maintained and that internal customers are satisfied by meeting all internal SLA’s and by following up on requests in a timely manner.
Assist in managing and developing team members to ensure that the department has the required knowledge and efficiency.
Validation and reconciliation of post payroll output and the loading of costing files to General Ledger.
Ensure all kinds of employees’ letters (bank, embassy, recommendation, employment, social security and other) are implemented in HRMS.
