- Interact with customers, vendors, and management to determine system requirements for existing and proposed operations
- Identify system and procedural problems and assist in the implementation of solutions as needed
- Gathers, analyzes, and documents solution requirements as needed.
- Utilizes LEAN techniques to develop business process designs and improve operations via process re-engineering efforts
- Effectively coordinate and communicate issue resolutions with end-users.
- Utilizes agile delivery methodologies and participates on scrum teams in execution of solution delivery projects
- Supports in performing applications configuration of solution delivery initiatives
