Job Description

- Support the M&E Director in the development of monitoring plans, baseline surveys, and other tools when needed.
- Strengthen monitoring and evaluation procedures and systems with support from the MEL Director.
- Ensure timely collection of M&E data.
- Lead, motivate and supervise the field staff on the proper use of the M&E tools.
- Contribute to the program’s learning agenda including supporting staff and partner development through training
- Provide inputs and analysis for quarterly, annual, and other reports to Sr. Management.
- Carry out data quality assessments (DQA) to ensure M&E data is accurate and up to date.
- Provide support to local NGO partners and local partners in best practices in M&E techniques.
- Assist with data entry and work with relevant project staff members to ensure appropriate data is entered into relevant M&E and project management systems.
