We develop solutions for all restaurant processes to facilitate the daily routine in restaurant operations through automation, from individual restaurants to large chains. Our in-house developed all-in-one POS system enables our customers to manage their resources such as manpower, time, energy as well as their delivery portals, merchandise and branch management, and much more independently and profitably. We are successfully represented in 5 countries and our European expansion is set to more than double in the coming years.

Tasks

What you are building with us:

• Localization of the SIDES marketing strategy in the BeNeLux market
• Developing a marketing plan for the long and short term and determining the marketing strategy in consultation with the international marketing team
• Evaluating and analyzing ongoing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Writing blog articles, social media posts and other marketing material
• Organizing and managing events and webinars
• Conducting or coordinating market research
• Following trends and developments within the sector so that we can respond to them Managing and monitoring marketing budgets

Requirements

What you add to our team:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing prefered within a B2B environment
• Degree in the field of Advertising, Marketing or Communications
• Experienced in developing and executing marketing strategies
• Confident with CRM systems, lead pipeline and Wordpress CMS (Elementor is a plus)
• Experienced with digital campaigns on Google Ads and Social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of an international team with a hands-on mentality
• You are good at understanding complex information and translating it for a specific target audience
• Strong communication skills, and knowing how and when to push are your strengths
• You are a team player with a solution-oriented attitude, always ready to challenge the status quo and looking for ways to improve
• You are ready to be our key member for our hyper-growth
