Process finalization validation of RFQ parts
Concept Design of sheet metal dies & fixture Gauges
Method plan finalization for sheet metal parts
Design Project Planning & FTG Load Monitoring
3D model Validation checking of press tools & fixture Gauges
Interaction with Tool Room for part quality & value addition
Put in use Software & hardware of design office
Active participation in tools Tryout & Part Proving
Deep knowledge of material to be used for manufacturing of the Press
Tools Dies Jigs & Fixtures.
Should have strong leadership capability & be able to handle atleast
1215 numbers subordinates junior designers team successfully.
Should be energetic readiness for work hard & open for learn
attitude.
