- Professional qualification in a related field, such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA, CFE
- Experience working with government entities and IPSAS
- Management experience including leading teams, delegation, mentoring, performance reviews and counselling employees
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, in both English and Arabic
- Ability and comfort level in researching client inquires and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary
