- Develop design strategy plan to include design briefs, guidelines, responsibilities matrix include peer reviewers if require, design review team structure, and ensure design management scope is clear and transferred to consultants
- Develop land development strategy of the project vision: mix, program selling propositions, views, building maturity and value, products, profile of customers, operators, retailers in coordination with the Business Development team
- Conduct design management for assigned products in compliance with EH’s design guidelines, standards, and identity; ensuring product briefs meet allocated budget, coordinated input internally and externally, and factor in risk assessment, project budget, cost benefit analysis, legal and design requirements.
- Drive coordination with other departments throughout development of products to optimize the timing of activities and to maintain uninterrupted development progress to recognize revenue as planned.
