Our Client is an agile fast paced national multisite company with importing manufacturing warehousing and retail distribution of imported foods into some of Australia s best known stores.
This role is ideal for an ambitious business focussed Management Accountant wanting to lead a small finance team and support the Leadership Operations and Sales teams. You will initially focus on bedding down financial processes and systems in preparation for the next phase of efficiency and growth. Combined with your interest in Operations you will be a key driver of developing the right analysis costing and budgeting processes tracking of financial performance expenditure and reporting. You will take the lead in the analysis of operational expenses and add value to the business through your general business acumen and accounting experience.
You are supported with the latest technology in SAP Business One which can be further integrated and optimised to support future finance operations as the business scales. Partnering across the organisation your commercial inclination will be important towards achieving the most efficient operations and customer outcomes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you are likely to have worked in or had a heavy interest in FMCG Supply Chain or Manufacturing and be CPA or CA Qualified. Good communication and presentation skills and an ability to prioritise will ensure you get the best from your team and the people across the business.
