- Provide proactive in-depth legal, business-focused advice, as well as implement initiatives and processes in order to establish standards and streamline procedures throughout the business.
- Implement the strategy and goals as set by the head of the legal Department in alignment with the company goals.
- Provide periodic revision of the company's internal regulations and bylaws to ensure compliance with applicable legislations and any amendments thereof.
- Prepare, review and amend as appropriate different types of agreements and contracts related to the business.
- Interact with external lawyers within the guidelines of the Department and seek their opinion on complex issues of pending or critical legal matters.
