Overview:
The Senior Java & AEM Engineer plays a crucial role in our organization by leading the development and implementation of Javabased applications with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. They will be responsible for designing developing testing and maintaining highquality software solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- 70% Java and 30% AEM
- Lead the design and development of Javabased applications primarily using AEM.
- Create and maintain software documentation.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and stability.
- Identify prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection.
- Ensure software is uptodate with the latest technologies.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Java & AEM Developer or similar role.
- Expertise in Java J2EE and related technologies.
- Handson experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Hibernate and Maven.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
