Responsibilities:

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Prepare and post jobs Social Media/LinkedIn/websites.
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

Job Requirements

• Proven recruiting experience, 3-5 years in Software companies.
• IT Outsourcing Recruitment Background is a plus.
• Has wide network and strong database.
• Excellent English Skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interview, reference check etc).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• HR Diploma is a must Or Deep HR self-study.
