- Ability to implement governance frameworks like COBIT, ITIL, etc.
- Develop and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure that a consistent framework such as COBIT is applied across the bank.
- Review and enhance the current process designs and discuss recommendations with concerned teams.
- Oversee implementation of IT governance and management processes.
- Ensure alignment between IT strategy and business strategy.
- Measuring Key performance indicators of IT processes.
- Oversee IT expenses according to budget plan.
