Senior Implementation Specialist

From 2 to 6 years of experience in HCM System Implementation Projects exclusively.

.

The domain of experience: HCM, HRMS exclusively.

.

Managing data migration process (validation of applicability with the product logic and cleansing if needed).

.

Preparing and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documents and sessions.

.

Conducting client training sessions

.

Conduct Ad Hoc and regular meetings with the project team and client as needed.

.

Go-live planning and guidance through an incubation period post-go-live.

.

Day-to-day functional support for clients through different channels; and provide advising of in-depth product knowledge and best practices.

.

Strong Presentation & Client Interaction skills.

.

Gathering and analyzing client requirements.

.

Good knowledge of MS Suite, especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

.

Strong Analytical Skills.

.

Excellent English Language.

.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
