Hotel experience required Prepare employee compensation at the end of each month using the payroll software To maintain accurate records of payroll documents and transactions. Preparing periodic salary reports for review by management. Manage the end of service settlement process Update insurance wages on the human resources system Responding to inquiries related to payroll and resolving problems Managing medical approvals for employees and mediating between medical service providers and employees. Manage the employee medical claims process Ensure maintenance of a service level agreement with the medical insurance provider Preparing HR letters to open a bank account for new employees. Manage the advantages of communications with employees
