Our Company
StatsBomb and ArqamFC founded in January 2017 provide digital media services data analytics and consultancy to football clubs media outlets and sports betting companies. We are known in the industry for our innovative research and insights into football.
With a team of 3 at the start StatsBomb now has over 800 employees in the UK US and Egypt. We work with the top football names and your contribution will impact our ability to deliver insights to our customers driving success in the field media and fan engagement.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for managing all design projects from concept to delivery. include creating
original artwork managing all design projects and overseeing junior designers to ensure
highquality work throughout the entirety of the project. Combine technology and art using
images and text to communicate ideas through digital designs.
Goal:
Create visually stunning designs within client brand identity systems.
Handle multiple projects per week and dozens of projects per month.
High coordination with other team members.
Capable of training junior team members.
An ability to motivate and lead coworkers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver bold refreshing designs within client brand identity systems taking direction
- Undertake original design and creative work as needed based on project demands.
- Implement rounds of internal and client revisions with speed quality and accuracy.
- Design supporting graphics build comps prepare meeting materials layout
creative team as directed.
- Participate in a supporting role in preparation for pitches and presentations.
- Prepare print and production files and package and release design files plus proofing
- Be a problem solver in a fastpaced work environment and actively pursue and
and knowledge.
- Present and articulate onstrategy creative ideas and designs to team and clients when
- Assist creative team to quickly creating compelling visuals from initial comps to final
- Manage and organize asset and image libraries project files/drives templates and
- Ensure all design and messaging align with the brand.
- Collaborate as part of a creative team with copywriters art directors graphic
produced piece.
- Pitch design options to the creative director and clients on project layout/design to
brochures posters etc. for marketing and advertising purposes.
- Help in training junior team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 35 years.
Years of graphic design experience at a design studio marketing agency or
equivalent.
Proficient in working with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Have a solid command of foundational design principles including layout typography
color balance composition and current design trends.
Demonstrate graphic design experience via a highquality professional project work
portfolio.
Have solid command of foundational design principles such as typography color
and layout.
Ability to prioritize/manage multiple complex projects in a dynamic growth
environment.
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
Bonus points for familiarity with After Effects and the motion graphics process.
Able to thrive in a remote work environment. Some project management experience is a plus.
Collaborate with Producers on feature edits and specialty graphic requests.
Understands Post Process and Deadlines.
