Job Description: Senior Flutter Developer CEO Core Team
Reporting to: The role will be an integral part of the CEO core team and will report directly to the CEO.
Role Overview:
As the Senior Flutter Developer you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and his
core team to ideate and implement Flutterbased solutions and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a
seasoned developer a visionary thinker and a dynamic executor capable of turning ideas into action to
support the CEOs vision and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the CEO and his core team to develop and execute Flutterbased
strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
Ideate innovative solutions and initiatives that leverage Flutter framework to drive growth
efficiency and competitive advantage.
Architect build and maintain efficient reusable and reliable Flutter codebase.
Lead the development process from concept to execution ensuring alignment with the CEOs
vision and priorities.
Translate technical requirements into detailed design and implementation plans and oversee all
aspects of development and deployment.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team fostering a culture of
innovation collaboration and excellence.
Stay updated on emerging technologies trends and best practices in Flutter development and
advise the CEO and his core team on relevant opportunities and risks.
Act as a liaison between the development team and other departments ensuring effective
communication and alignment of development priorities.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree
preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in mobile application development with a strong focus on
Flutter framework.
Proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter SDK.
Extensive experience in architecting building and deploying Flutterbased mobile applications for
both iOS and Android platforms.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to
achieve ambitious goals.
Excellent communication interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and
build consensus at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinking visionary mindset and ability to translate ideas into actionable development
strategies and initiatives.
