Job Description

- Assist the PM in preparation of disbursement plans in accordance with the project procurement plans and Project Management plans;
- Prepare monthly financial forecasts and requests for advancement of funds;
- In-coordination finance officer, review and revise the project budget when required; Monitors expenditure against assigned project budgets
- Prepare budget estimates for all project activities, trainings/workshops/seminars;
- Review, arrange payment and record all the project expenditure’s vouchers in accordance with financial regulations
- In-coordination with finance officer summarise project expenses and prepare periodic and ad hoc financial reports as may be required;
- Carry out procedures regarding VAT and personal income taxes;
