- Ensure that all entries are booked into the Navigator system and check that all supporting are completed, accurate and safeguarded.
- Support in Managing finance register and ensure all data and document provided are accurate and completed.
- Follow up the employee advances and receivables and ensure clear any outstanding balance timely.
- Review daily and weekly cash count, bank management and reconciliations.
- Support Program and operations teams in following procedures necessary for finance review.
