JOB SUMMARY:
This role is client-facing and collaborative in nature. As a Senior ERP Implementation Project Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for onboarding new clients into one of our three partner programs. Your responsibilities will include understanding the overall business objectives of our new clients, working closely with their management teams and our internal teams to create a comprehensive project plan to transition our new clients to our business operating system. Each client has unique requirements, and your past experiences, not only in applications but also in business, will be invaluable in this role. Collaboration is a key aspect of our team, and we expect the same from our new team members. The ability to enhance someone's ideas or present an idea for improvement is our definition of collaboration. Your leadership and team motivation skills are vital in this role.

Success in this role is primarily measured by client satisfaction and your contribution to the continuous improvement of our solutions for our clients. This involves actively listening to our customers and fellow team members to identify areas for process improvement and application enhancements. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. You should be able to proactively identify inefficiencies or gaps in project plans and propose solutions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite implementations, with progressively increasing responsibilities. Strong skills in change management, issue resolution, workflow documentation, data analysis, and reporting are required. The ideal candidate should also have experience leading a user community in a prompt and professional manner, with excellent communication skills.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 5-10 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite and Celigo Applications is preferable.
CERTIFICATES/LICENSES NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification is desirable. Celigo Certifications are desirable but not essential. Project Management Certification (PRINCE 2, PMI, APM, CSM)
