Our client israpidly growing company in the beauty and health niche is expanding its team. Currently operating in Germany the Netherlands Belgium and Italy they are on a mission to redefine the beauty and health industry.

AsSenior Email Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing email marketing strategy. From overseeing campaigns to analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) you will be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy.
• Manage and optimize email marketing tools with a primary focus on Klaviyo.
• Create engaging copy for email campaigns.
• Edit Figma files and collaborate with the creative team to ensure visually appealing email content.
• Monitor KPIs analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
• Contribute to the companys growth plans by leveraging email marketing as a key channel.

Requirements:

• 5 years of proven experience in email marketing with a focus on ecommerce.
• Proficient in Klaviyo and Figma.
• Strong copywriting skills in English with the ability to create compelling email content.
• Background in ecommerce preferably in the beauty or health niche.
• Ability to work remotely within the Eastern European or Normal European time zone.
