Responsibilities:

Quality management of the team in order to achieve the proposed objectives

Audience setup and budget setting for ad campaigns. Monitoring the status of advertising.

Regularly monitor ad spend and campaign results.

Collaborate with the design department to create visually appealing and effective ad creatives.

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

Analyze data to identify key performance indicators and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and new media buying strategies.

Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.

Qualifications:

o Proven experience in media buying.

o Attention to detail.

o Strong organizational skills and a keen interest in the field.

o Willingness to perform analytical work collect and process statistical data.

o Analytical mindset with data interpretation abilities.

o Proficiency in affiliate platforms.

o English and Russian knowledge is a must.
